I originally ordered this replacement lamp from another online store and waited for 4 days before calling them to find out my lamp was on backorder. I cancelled the order and placed one with DLP Lamp Express and the order shipped that day and arrived as scheduled.
The installation video was the extremely helpful and a great value add.

I purchased a lamp from your company in January of 09. It went out in June of 09. I called your company and was told to send it back for a replacement.
I sent the lamp back and about a week later I received a replacement... No FLACK, No DOUBLE TALK, No NOTHING.
I got top service from a TOP Company.
